Refund & Return Policy

At Modern Pichwai, we take utmost care in delivering our digital wall art prints to customers across India and abroad. All our products are shipped with essential protective packaging and through reliable, standard courier partners.

However, as these are delicate art pieces, there is a possibility of damage during transit despite all precautions. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns & No Refunds

    • All sales are final.
    • Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
    • No refunds will be issued for any sold items. 

Damaged Product During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. You may request a replacement in the form of an unframed printed copy of the same artwork.
  2. This request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. An unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim. The video must clearly show:
      • The unopened package
      • The process of opening it
      • The damaged product

How the Replacement Works

    • The replacement will be sent without framing.
    • The buyer will arrange framing with a local vendor at their own cost.
    • If your framer requires guidance or technical assistance for framing, Modern Pichwai will be happy to provide it remotely.
    • Courier charges for the replacement print will be borne by the buyer.
    • Replacement requests will be processed and fulfilled within 15 working days from approval.

How to Request a Replacement

Please email your request to info@modernpichwai.com with:

    • Your Order ID
    • The unboxing video showing the damage
    • Your shipping address for the replacement print

Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
