1. When Are Return Requests Accepted?
To process your return request, we require an unpacking video of the shipment package as proof.

For Framed Canvas Prints and Wallpaper, return requests are accepted in the following cases:

• Artwork delivered in the wrong size
• Artwork shipped on the wrong paper type
• Artwork delivered in damaged condition

2. Who Pays for Return Costs?

Modern Pichwai does! Once your return request is accepted, you’ll need to send the package to the following address: 📍 [3R-11, SHree Balaji Agora Residency, BH: Balaji Agora Mall, Tapovan Circle, SP Ring Road, Sughad-382 424, Gandhinagar, Gujarat – INDIA] Ensure the product is repacked in the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Return shipping costs will be covered by Modern Pichwai on actuals.

3. How Does the Refund Work?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Important Notes:

Color Variations: Slight color differences may occur between the product image and the final print due to screen settings, lighting, or the printing process. Such variations are normal.

Imperfections: Small specks, smudges, or subtle marks on prints or paintings are not considered damages—these are natural characteristics of authentic artwork and add to its charm.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of each art piece, Modern Pichwai does not accept returns or exchanges for minor imperfections, color variations, or marks inherent in the artwork.
